Allen has over 20 years’ experience in the training and process improvement arena with an expertise in communication, business technology and leadership development. He has experience in the identification, design and delivery of effective training programs in both the private and public sectors. His responsibilities include the development of a full-scale learning and development plan to meet the needs of our staff and help attract and retain the area’s best talent.
